• If a part arrives damaged or is defective, it is our responsibility to take care of it but it must be reported to us immediately.
• Returns and refunds will only be offered if the item is faulty or does not match the information provided in the listing.

• All Engine, Transmissions/gearbox, Differential & Transfer Case come with 90 days warranty or 5000kms (whatever comes first) warranty parts only.
• All parts are only refundable if replacement parts are not available or we are supplied the wrong parts, any parts returned after 7 Days cannot be accepted.
• Changeover must return for Engine, Transmissions/Gearbox & Cat Converter (will not apply if you are interstate).
